Registration and Membership
The registration process involves a three-step verification for security:
- Initial registration screen collects basic information (first and last name, email, CAPTCHA)
- Email verification screen confirms user identity
- Final screen requests additional information (mobile phone, birthdate, address details, and password creation) and displays a recovery mnemonic for secure account access
Third-Party Links and Integrated Services
The Mountain Eagle contains links to external sites and may integrate services from trusted partners (for example, Stripe for payments). We provide these integrations to enhance user experience but do not control or endorse the policies, content, or practices of third-party services. Users should review the terms of any third-party services before engaging.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and users must adhere to the Stripe Services Agreement. The Mountain Eagle does not store sensitive payment information and relies on Stripe's secure infrastructure for payment transactions.
