Hey Neighbors!

The warm up over the weekend made the extra cold and snow that hit early week feel that much more difficult. Keep your head up as we head into the final stretch of some of the toughest times of year here. These winter months make the summer feel like we live in paradise, or “God’s Country” as many call it. I am definitely looking forward to those warmer days and soon enough blooming leaves and flowers ahead.

Weather looks variable ahead with highs jumping around from 40s back down to teens and some single digits Sunday to Tuesday. We aren’t out of the woods yet but I’ve got my fingers crossed on the sap running sooner than later. From nor'easters to clipper systems and some lake effect mixed in, we’ll continue to get snow intermittently into March.

Big thanks to all our snow removal teams out there making this treacherous season a safer place to be. Please use caution and patience while near snow removal equipment.

Remember your Sharon column is a great place to find out all about your local events, news, birthdays, and more!
