SEEC Reopens Bid for Sharon Springs Window Replacement Project

SCHOHARIE COUNTY — The Schoharie Economic Enterprise Corporation (SEEC), administrator of the NY Forward Small Project Fund for the Village of Sharon Springs, has reopened the bid process for construction and environmental remediation work in Sharon Springs, NY.

SEEC is actively encouraging qualified general contractors and licensed environmental remediation professionals to submit proposals for the following:

Hazardous Materials Removal/Abatement Services

Licensed asbestos and lead abatement contractors are invited to submit proposals for hazardous materials remediation.

General Contractor Services – Window Replacement

Qualified General Contractors are invited to submit proposals for the removal and replacement of forty-seven (47) windows, including coordination with required hazardous materials remediation.

The extended deadline for submission of proposals for both scopes of work is Friday, March 27, 2026, by 12:00 PM (EST).

A pre-bid site visit will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM (EST) at 204 Main Street, Sharon Springs, NY.

RFPs and submission instructions are available at www.seecny.org. Questions must be submitted in writing by March 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM (EST) to admin@seecny.org.

New York State-certified MWBEs are strongly encouraged to apply. SEEC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
