Applications are now open.

Unlike traditional grant programs, the Economic Gardening Program works directly alongside business owners to develop and implement customized growth strategies. Selected participants receive up to $10,000 in support tied to concrete, growth-focused activities — with guidance from experienced advisors every step of the way.

Who Should Apply

SEEC is currently accepting applications from Schoharie County businesses that:

Can commit to working with advisors to implement meaningful changes

"Rural doesn't mean limited. Schoharie County has businesses that are ready to scale, they just need the right intelligence and resources behind them. That's exactly what this program delivers." — Afolabi Salami, Senior Program Administrator, SEEC
