SCHOHARIE – At the March 16 meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Schoharie County Historical Society (SCHS) the trustees were presented with a new United States flag donated by the Schoharie-Leatherstocking Chapter of the Empire State Society of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR). The flag will adorn the meeting room of the Badgley Annex Building at the Old Stone Fort Museum Complex, where the SAR chapter makes its home and holds its regular meetings. Schoharie-Leatherstocking Chapter President, Joe Sicluna, made the presentation, which was accepted by SCHS trustee and SAR Chapter Historian Mark Stolzenburg and the SCHS Board. The next chapter meeting of the SAR will be April 4 at 10:00AM.
