WINDHAM — Join us on June 10th from 5–7 PM at Windham VFW Post 1545- 5565 State Route 23, Windham, for Neighbors for Community Health— A group of mountaintop residents—is hosting a hands-on Community Health and Wellness Forum.

Getting and staying healthy can be challenging, especially when it’s not clear what local services and supports are available. This forum is designed to connect you directly with a wide range of local resources that support health and well-being across the lifespan.

This is not a panel discussion or a series of presentations. Instead, participants will rotate through small groups to meet directly with local health and social service providers. You’ll learn what’s available in and around Greene County, ask questions, and begin building meaningful connections.

Our goal is simple and practical: that you leave not only informed, but with real connections—and even follow-up appointments scheduled for one-on-one support.

The forum is designed for people of all ages, including families with children, young adults, older adults, and veterans.

Additional details will be shared in the coming weeks.

Sponsored by and in association with:

Mountain Top Cares Coalition, Mountain Top Progressives, Mountaintop Interfaith Community, Mountaintop Library, Stronger Together, The Healthcare Consortium, VFW Post 1545, WAJPL Golden Agers, Windham Chamber of Commerce, Windham Rotary Foundation, and others.
