SHARON SPRINGS — State Senator Peter Oberacker visited Bison Island Ranch in Sharon Springs last week on Friday, March 20th to see the hard work and regenerative agricultural practices by Owner and Rancher Susan Golembeski. 

Oberacker took an Adventure Tour with Golembeski to see the bison in their own environment and also got to tour the bison handling facility on property too. 

This was a welcome and educational visit, especially since Bison Island Ranch is the first (and currently only) New York State Grown & Certified Bison Producer. To learn more, visit www.bisonislandranch.com.
