Climb the stairs as the fire tower system was developed in New York State, had great success, then  adjusted to societal changes. Have we gotten to the top yet? What will the future view hold?  Join us for a presentation that will include the development of the fire tower system across the state. We will then hear why the towers ceased to be used for fire spotting purposes, their current role, and focus  on Mt. Utsayantha's new steward program.
