MIDDLEBURGH - Several Village of Middleburgh offices have new e-mail addresses.

Village officials announced at Monday's meeting that the following offices had new e-mail addresses:

* Code enforcement: codes@villageofmiddleburgh.gov

* Clerk: clerk@villageofmiddleburgh.gov

* Department of public works: dpw@villageofmiddleburgh.gov

In other action, board members:

* Approved an intermunicipal agreement to waive taxes on a sliver of town property that would have produced 93-cents in taxes.

* Approved the revised employee handbook.

* Approved the February 2026 water rents in the amount of $59,437.73 and sewer rents in the amount of $55,824.25.

* Heard DPW superintendent Cole Keyser say that the village crew is keeping up with the recent snows and the village is having good luck with equipment.

* Went into executive session to discuss ongoing litigation and get advice of the village attorney.
