MIDDLEBURGH - A new basketball court is heading to Badgely Park in the Village of Middleburgh.

At the special meeting of the Middleburgh village board Monday night, board members agreed to have Department of Public Work members take down the curbing on the skating rink in Badgely Park.  

Board members then authorized DPW head Cole Keyser to get quotes on resurfacing the rink.

They also authorized Trustee Amanda Fernandez to get quotes on a basketball hoop and netting, according to Mayor Tim Knight.
