MIDDLEBURGH - Middleburgh high school student Nicolas was among a group of high school students who got to “drive” a tractor trailer as Capital Region BOCES in Schoharie joined forces with The Shay Foundation to promote the trades during national Career and Technical Education (CTE) Month.
