MIDDLEBURGH - Middleburgh Central School FFA members made the most of every opportunity this season by traveling to local communities, district and substate competitions, and the Capitol.
February kicked off with a trip to the State Leaders Experience, where students met with representatives and discussed agriculture policy. That momentum continued with strong performances in Prepared Speech and Employment Skills at the District Competition hosted by Schoharie Central School District.
Later in the month, members gathered with peers from across the state in Fonda to focus on leadership, community involvement, and future goals. In March, Stella I. carried the momentum forward to the substate Employment Skills competition at Windsor High School.
In April, students gave back by hosting a meaningful Teacher Breakfast, preparing and serving a locally produced meal while showcasing their skills and strengthening connections between the school community and agriculture.
It’s inspiring to see students challenge themselves, build skills, and make the most of every opportunity they earn.
