While SchoolMessenger pulls contact information directly from SchoolTool, a known bug is currently affecting call delivery for some users. The vendor is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, parents are encouraged to check the MCS app for updates and notifications. The district is also actively exploring alternate options for delivering phone communications to ensure families receive timely alerts.
