SCHOHARIE - A big “THANK YOU!” to local author Amber Bradbury who spent time with Schoharie Elementary students last Wednesday. 

Amber is from Glenville and her books include “If Grandma Were Here” and “If Grandpa Were Here.” She helped first and second grade students share memories, draw a memory in a treasure box and then write about how the memory made them feel. These are great experiences for students as the school continues to focus on the joys and benefits of reading.
