HAINES FALLS — The Mountain Top Historical Society is hiring Ambassadors to share the storied past of the Catskills and guide visitors to the Kaaterskill Rail Trail.

The Role:

History & Trails: Share the rich heritage of the MTHS and provide guidance for the private trailhead to Kaaterskill Falls.

Visitor Support: Communicate with MTHS and KRT guests and staff/volunteers to ensure a smooth, informed experience.

Campus Care: Assist with arrival flow and light event setup/cleanup.

The Details:

Pay: $20/hour

Hours: Weekends, 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Season: May 22, 2026 — October 25, 2026
