PINE HILL — Join us at the Pine Hill Community Center (287 Main Street), on Saturday, April 25th at 7pm for a live concert featuring Jay Collins and Northern Resistance. Come and enjoy an evening of great music, friends and community!

Saxophonist, vocalist, keyboardist, song-writer and arranger, Jay Collins, won 2 Grammys with the Levon Helm Band, toured on sax with the Gregg Allman Band for 15 years, and performed and arranged horns for the legendary group, Little Feat. He currently plays in the Helm Family Ramble Band (from Levon Helm Studios) and leads his Woodstock-based group “Northern Resistance.” Jay and his power-house group will be performing material from their new album, “Northern Resistance.”

Known in up-state NY for their tight arrangements, memorable songs, and over-all exemplary musicianship, 

Jay and his band bring a mix of high energy Blues-Rock with just enough Jazz influence to keep things interesting.
