Pizza Hut on Delhi’s Main Street.

DELHI - After review and public hearings, the Delhi Village Planning Board approved site plans in April 2025 for the former Pizza Hut at 3 1/2 Main Street. The Bapa Network is reconstructing the building with plans to open a Dunkin’ Donuts.

Clerk Pam Ferguson said the construction timeline was scheduled for opening at the end of April. However, she noted the construction has already experienced some delays.

Many citizens on social media have questioned whether the structure will be a Dunkin’ Donuts or a Baskin-Robbins, as the two franchises are often connected. Ferguson confirmed that the site plans were approved only for a Dunkin’ Donuts. Any adjustments or changes to the site plan must be reviewed and approved by the planning board.

Renovations include a drive-thru, new signage, parking lot repair, and landscaping. There will be 29 parking spaces. The business is expected to operate from 5 a.m. until 9 p.m. seven days a week.

Baba Network is familiar with renovating Pizza Hut buildings. In December 2024, the company opened a Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins in Cooperstown at the former Pizza Hut site.

The Mountain Eagle was unable to reach representatives of Baba Network by pre

ss time.
