DELHI — Please note that Delaware County Board of Elections will be OPEN on Saturday, February 14th, 2026, 9 am – 5 pm. If you’ve fallen out of love with your party enrollment – stop by and change it! 

February 14th is the last day to make any changes to your party enrollment prior to the 2026 primary election. Any change of enrollment made between February 15th – June 30th shall be effective June 30th.

Voters can change enrollment from one party to another, enroll for the first time in a party, or choose “no party” on their registration:
