MIDDLEBURGH — On Saturday, widely-versed local historian VIc DiSanto displayed and explained a number of historical flags. Jim Schilling sent us these excellent photos and noted DiSanto’s welcoming manner.

“I had much work to do and a short amount to do it in,  but he captivated me and when he spoke of my great great grandfather's unit, the Green Mountain Boys (outlaws become heroes), I exclaimed "That's my family for you!"
