Delancey Man Arrested for Alleged DWI

ANDES — Sheriff Craig S. DuMond announced the arrest of a Delancey resident for driving while intoxicated.

On Saturday, February 21st, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on County Highway 2 in the Town of Andes. Upon arriving on scene, Deputies identified the driver of the vehicle as 49-year-old, Matthew All of Delancey.  During the course of the accident investigation, it was observed by Deputies that All appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

Upon completion of the investigation, Deputies subsequently arrested and charged All with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving with a BAC of .08 of 1% or more, both misdemeanors of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law. All was also issued traffic summonses for Moving from Lane Unsafely, Fail to Keep Right, both violations of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Upon completion of arrest processing, All was released on appearance tickets and traffic summonses and was directed to appear in the Town of Andes Court at a later date to answer the charges.
