COBLESKILL — Cobleskill Golf & Country Club is officially in full swing, and its on‑site restaurant, Peppercorn North, opened for the season on April 20th. The restaurant is owned and operated by Dawn Brindle, who brings a fresh and flavorful menu to the clubhouse.

Beginning Monday, the kitchen will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests can enjoy the regular menu along with new additions, including chicken entrées, fancy sodas, and specialty coffee drinks.

Peppercorn North is also elevating its dining experience with premium steaks sourced from the same supplier used by Ruth’s Chris Steak House and The Mill Pond, ensuring top‑tier quality right here in Cobleskill.
