BOVINA — There will be a Bovina Short Story Story Hour Mar 24 from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM, at the Bovina Public Library, 33 Maple Ave, Bovina Center.
We’re inaugurating a new tradition at the Bovina Public Library: an evening of short stories read aloud, the way they were meant to be heard: in a room with other humans, at a reasonable hour, before anyone has had time to fall asleep in front of the news.
Join us for the first Short Story Story Hour
Featuring live readings by:
Terry Radigan, Brooke Alderson, Matthew Homeijer, and Annette Corvelo.
Expect tales that are thoughtful, strange, funny, possibly a little haunting, and almost certainly shorter than whatever you were going to scroll through on your device instead.
This is an all-ages program, though the mood leans toward the do-something-interesting-on-a-Tuesday crowd.
Please RSVP at the library website if you can, so we know how many chairs to unfold. Donations aren't required, but are always appreciated
