SIDNEY — Sheriff Craig S. DuMond announced that a Sidney woman was arrested on a Town of Delhi Court Warrant of Arrest. 

On March 24th, 2026, a Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputy and a Police Officer from the Village of Sidney Police Department responded to a residence within the Village of Sidney in an attempt to locate an individual on an Arrest Warrant issued by the Town of Delhi Court stemming from an original charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree.

Upon arrival, Deputies and Village of Sidney Police located and arrested 44-year-old Amanda S. Oliver.  

Oliver was transported to the Delaware County Correctional Facility where she was held until her arraignment at the Delaware County CAP Court.
