BERNE – The Schoharie County Music Educators’ Association is hosting its annual Spring All County Music Festival at Berne-Knox-Westerlo CSD in the secondary school gymnasium on Friday, April 17. Exceptional student musicians have been chosen to participate based on recommendations by their music teachers from Berne-Knox-Westerlo, Cobleskill-Richmondville, Duanesburg, Middleburgh, Schoharie, and Sharon Springs. Selected students will rehearse with guest conductors during the day and perform a 7:00 pm concert on Friday evening. Participating ensembles include the elementary band, junior high chorus, and senior high chorus. The concert is open to the public with tickets for admission costing $5 per person.
