Delaware Academy Hosts Vote on DCMO BOCES Capital Building Project

DELHI – The Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego (DCMO) BOCES has proposed a $44.4 million capital project designed to renew and strengthen their ability to serve students. Community members in the 16 school districts of DCMO BOCES, which includes Delaware Academy CSD at Delhi, will have an opportunity to vote on the project on February 3, 2026. Voting will take place in each of the school districts and at the two DCMO BOCES campuses. In Delhi, the voting will take place from noon to 8:00 pm at the middle school gymnasium lobby. 

The project includes repairs and upgrades to both the Harrold Campus in Sidney Center and the Pole Campus in Norwich, an addition to the Harrold campus, and the purchase of the Masonville School site for student program expansion.
